Brevard Seawall Referral Disclosure

You choose who evaluates the property and who performs any work.

Independent information and referrals

Brevard Seawall publishes planning guidance and receives project requests. We read each request and pass it to a local marine contractor, who may contact you about the work. We do not perform marine construction, engineering or surveying. No signed contractor relationship, local office or guaranteed service availability is represented.

An inquiry is not a construction agreement

You decide whether to accept an introduction and contract separately with the professional. Verify the relevant credentials, insurance, written scope, permits and price before authorizing work. A request does not book an inspection or authorize a repair.

Referral compensation must be clear

We may receive compensation for an introduction. Any applicable arrangement will be explained before you decide. Sending a request costs you nothing, and this site takes no payments.

Images and maps do not document our work

Waterfront images are fictional illustrations. Maps orient readers to communities; they do not show offices, completed projects or verified contractor coverage. Public project examples belong to the named agencies.
