Planning copies stay on your device
The planning tools run in your browser. A downloaded planning copy is created on your device only when you choose to save it, and it is not sent to us. Keep that file somewhere appropriate for any contact details or property notes it contains.
What a project request contains
A project request holds the community, concern and callback number, plus any name, property or planning details you choose to add. When you send it, we read it and share it with a partner contractor for the requested work, as stated beside the form.
To limit abuse, the form keeps a short-lived keyed code derived from your network address, not the address itself, and discards it within hours. The retention section below says how long a request is kept.
Choose what to include in a planning copy
The buyer, association and maintenance tools offer optional fields for a property, organization, timing and access. A condition result describes your observations; it is not a professional finding. Review a saved copy before forwarding it to anyone.
Group invitations, when enabled, expose the community label and a random invitation code. The label must not contain a private address, name or callback number. Joining would require a separate request; the invitation does not reveal a member directory. An expired or deleted organizer request makes the invitation unavailable.
Budget and elevation answers run in your browser. They are not sent automatically with a project request. You decide whether to include a result in the request notes. No payment details are requested.
Official resources have their own privacy practices
Links to permitting systems and public agencies open services operated by those organizations. Check their policies before submitting personal information. This site adds no advertising analytics or portfolio-wide tracking.
Retention and the current form
Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.
